    Various exercise methods have been developed to try to obtain a training edge. Whether it be to break through a plateau, accelerate progress, or aid in rehabilitation. Some methods are hits, misses, and those that lie somewhere in-between. If you decide to try them out, make sure that you record a log of your workouts. This recorded data allows you to assess your progress to evaluate how effective it has been for you and that particular exercise.
