I like finding out what world-leading experts and researchers know about health and fitness. I also like trying out these findings on myself, if I can, and sharing what I think is helpful.
Over the years, a few challenges have come my way: leg, spine, shoulder, and other injuries. Dengue fever and a gastro bug picked up in Thailand. Having kids, turning forty, and unwittingly poisoning myself several times are the major ones.
My journey of finding the best health and fitness advice has been surprisingly difficult and left me repeatedly bewildered to discover how much I didn’t know. All this despite growing up surrounded by doctors.
Anyway, I hope this independent resource helps you as much as it has helped me, and if nothing else, you pick up one or two tips that make a difference.
